Tocat de l'Ala red is a red wine coupage of Carignan (55%), Grenache(35%) and Syrah (10%) from a selection of old vines from different municipalities of l'Alt Empordà.
TASTING NOTE
Very intense cherry red color. The nose is a wine with fruity aromas and herbaceous notes. In the mouth we find a fine, mellow and round palate that stands out for its fruit and freshness, to enjoy without complications.
ELABORATION
Traditional elaboration with a small aging in oak that helps round and integrate the grapes from the different farms. Grape harvest very ripe to get an excellent wine on the palate.
AGING
Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany sausages, roasted red meats, rice dishes, etc.
