Silencis de Raventós is a single-varietal white wine: 100% xarel·lo. A sophisticated wine, Xarel·lo in its maximum splendor, fresh and dry.

TASTING NOTE:

In the nose is a wine with much profile, combined, without ups and downs. Earthy memories, ripe pear and a pleasant aniseed touch that brings you closer to the subtlety of a well-worked xarel·lo in the vineyard. On the palate is dynamic, powerful, with a very interesting combination of austerity and the volume of a well-nurtured upbringing. A compact but fatty wine that demonstrates the effort to achieve quality.
