Rosemary Honey Vinegar Alba is is a bittersweet vinegar with spectacular citrus and floral hints.
TASTING NOTE
It has a pale yellow with orange tonalities. A floral and persistent bouquet. At first, it's citrus, green apple. At the end, it has a soft and nice sweet aftertaste. On the palate, it's persistent.
PREPARATION
Handmade and natural production. Two authentic and local products are mixed. On one hand, it's made with rosemary honey produced in the Montsant Natural Park (Priorat). On the other hand, it's made with vinegar of White Grenache from Terra Alta.
PAIRING
It's perfect for cold and hot meals. It pairs well with salads and fruits.
For the adventurous, it can be joined with fish.
