TASTING NOTES Amber color with golden highlights.High aromatic intensity with aromas of candied pineapple, honey, toffee, butter, and nuts. The palate is structured and intense, with flavors of dates, jams, and almonds, and a long aftertaste.
PRODUCTION This wine is produced following the prescriptions of the Holy Roman Congregation, which is why it was granted the Ecclesiastical Certificate of Liturgical Purity in 1883. The grapes are sourced from the areas of the estate with the greatest sun exposure, producing grapes with a high sugar content, ideal for making this type of wine. Its aging in a static solera system complements the sweet sensation with notes of aging. Aged for years in oak barrels and vats.
PAIRING This wine is ideal as a digestive, paired with sweets and dried fruits such as walnuts or almonds.
