Ramón Bilbao Limited Edition is a 100% Tempranillo varietal red wine sourced from selected vineyards in several villages near Haro.
TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby color. Clean, bright, and with good legs. Notes of ripe black grapes and aging in fine oak barrels, with aromas of black pepper, clove, and chocolate. On the palate, it is long, with weight and a strong sense of terroir. Complex finish with fruity notes. An evolving wine with aging potential.
WINEMAKING
Selected grape bunches and artisanal fermentation in wooden vats at a controlled temperature of 27-28ºC. Indigenous yeasts are used. Aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels and then for 10 months in the bottle in an underground cellar.
