Pesquera Reserva Tinto is a single-varietal reserve red wine, 100% Tempranillo.
TASTING NOTES
Clean and bright. A beautiful garnet color with violet rims. A complex and very elegant wine on the nose. Aromas of fresh fruit, light balsamic notes, roasted notes like coffee, and subtle smoky touches. A full-bodied, fresh, and elegant wine on the palate. Very round and enveloping tannins with hints of black fruit, well integrated with the smoky and spicy notes of the wood.
WINEMAKING AND AGING
The winemaking process is traditional, with destemming and subsequent fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. A minimum of 14 months in 225-liter American oak barrels, followed by aging in the bottle before release.
