Pacharán La Navarra

Pacharán La Navarra is the result of macerating sloes and star anise in alcohol, following the recipe of Casa Belasco since 1831.

TASTING NOTES
Intense red color with slight brick-red tones. Bright and clear. The first aroma perceived is fruit, easily highlighting the aniseed nuances. It has the characteristic sloe flavor of this product, and the sweetness of the liqueur is tempered by the acidity and bitterness imparted by the fruit. Its sweet palate reduces the astringency of the fruit.

PRODUCTION
The sloes come mostly from Navarrese plantations directly controlled by the Regulatory Council of Pacharán Navarro, and the alcohol is derived from the highest quality beet molasses. The sloes are macerated in a hydroalcoholic mixture, and the maceration time depends on the evolution of the bluish fruit in the alcohol, both in color and flavor. After maceration, both the sugar and the anise are added. The resulting mixture is filtered to remove impurities and obtain a homogeneous blend to the consumer's taste.
