Orange Honey Vinegar Rubrum

Orange Honey Vinegar is a bittersweet vinegar with spectacular fruity and sweet hints.

TASTING NOTE
It has a reddish color with purple tonalities. A persistent ripe red fruits bouquet. At first, in the mouth it's fruity and sweet, confitted cherry. At the end, it has a sweet after taste. On the palate, it's persistent.

PREPARATION
Handmade and natural production. Two authentic and local products are mixed. On one hand, it's made with orange honey produced in Terres de l'Ebre. On the other hand, it's made with vinegar of Black Grenache from Priorat.

PAIRING
It's perfect for cold and hot meals. It pairs well with green and pasta salads and fruits.
For the adventurous, it can be joined with meats.
