Olave White Vermouth is a white vermouth, an excellent aperitif with aging in the barrel and also in the bottle.
TASTING NOTE
Transparente color with greenish and golden reflections. Aromatic herbs and spices bouquets with a balsamic background. On the palate, it's persistent, wood and spices notes, slight bitterness and bitter and long-lasting end.
PREPARATION
A vermouth of traditionbal and classic production. Maceration of 85 aromatic herbs for more than two months in a hydroalcoholic base . Then, the white wine is added. Subsequently, the vermouth rests in oak barrels for three months and two months in the bottle.
PAIRING
Perfect to join pickles, steamed mussels, squid... Perfect for cocktails.
