Elegant and complex wine that expresses the different varieties and minerality of slate Priorat terrior thanks to the selection and assemblage of the winemaker.
ELABORATION
Manual harvesting. Fermentation at low temperature followed by a long maceration.
AGING
Aged 12 months in French oak barrels of which 50% are first wine and the remaining 50% are second wine or third.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany red meats, mushrooms, sheep cheeses and cured, etc.
