Nunci Costero is a red wine coupage of Grenache and Carignan from old vines of very low production.
TASTING NOTE
It is a wine that represents the traditional elegance of the Priorat expressing the delicate minerality of the terroir slate combined with respect for varietal complexity.
ELABORATION
Manual harvesting. Fermentation at low temperature followed by a long maceration.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany roast lamb, mushrooms, goat cheese, chocolate, Iberian acorn ham.
