Neudorf Moutere Riesling is a 100% Riesling monovarietal white wine made in New Zealand in the Neudorf winery in the Nelson Denomination of Origin.
VINIFICATION
Grapes picked by hand, once in the cellar are gently pressed and the resulting juice is cold transferred to stainless steel tanks to ferment on its lees, and a small part is left to ferment in oak barrels, once it has the perfect balance the Fermentation stops to finally be filtered before bottling.
TASTING NOTE
Intense green color, elegant. On the nose perfumed aromas, citrus, oranges and ripe fruits of the guava. In the mouth we find a fresh and complex wine, tempting minerals of lime and fruit. Nice and juicy acidity. The natural sugars of the grape maintain the mineral acidity of the terroir, giving it that sweet but silky touch, a beautifully balanced and powerful wine.
