Clàssic Penedès is a sparkling Reserva Brut Nature monovarietal, 100% White Sauvignon.
TASTING NOTE
White gold color, nothing evolved, with a cheerful bubble that rises gently to the surface of the glass. In the nose after a few minutes of resting in the glass, there are aging notes reminiscent of the yeast of the second fermentation, together with a floral background that highlights the variety. While in the mouth we find a well integrated, fine and elegant bubble with a creamy and very pleasant mouth finish.
