Mauro is a red wine coupage of Tempranillo (95%) and Syrah (5%) from vineyards located in Tudela del Duero and Traspinedo.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry red color. Clean and bright. Aromatic profile on the house line with a clean, mature and expressive fruit. Opulence and softness go hand in hand in a dense, mellow mouth and without edges.
AGING
Aged 15 months in French and American oak barrels of different ages.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, sweet rice, sausages and cured cheeses.
