Mas d'en Compte White is a white wine made of 50% white Grenache, 25% White Picapoll and 25% Xarelo.
TASTING NOTE
Color amarillo paja. Aromas a fruta blanca con notas minerales. En boca, textura cremosa con toques ahumados y especiados. Es un vino fresco y elegante con un final largo.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Handmade harvest the last week of September. One day maceration with the skin, fermentation and aging in new barrels (70% French oak and 30% American oak) for 6 months on its lees.
