Plantadeta White Oak is a blend of Garnacha Blanca and Moscatel white wine from old vines of the estate of "La Plantadeta" (Vilella Baixa). Estate of chalky soil and licorella located between 300 and 500 meters. Celler Sabate take care carefully throughout the year of the white grapes on his estate to produce this wine, special and body. A wine that reflects the identity of Priorat, with white grape soul.
TASTING NOTE
Yellow with green highlights. Bright. Aromas of flowers and tropical fruits with a spicy touch that offers the wood. The palate has an easy entry and a complete evolution.
ELABORATION
Harvested in the La Plantadeta manually until 11 am in boxes of 15 kg. Immediately skidded . Very soft pressing to obtain must flower, fermentation in stainless steel jacketed cold. Halfway through the fermentation step to new French oak barrels to finish its fermentation by periodic battonages.
