Lo Pare de Pascona is a red wine blend of Garnacha (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) of old vines planted in the highest part of the Pascona Estate in Llicorella terroir.
TASTING NOTE
Color cardinal, very opaque. Tears colored and with presence of glycerol. On the nose notes of ripe fruits and marmalades of blueberries, blueberries and strawberries, all with vegetable touches and candied pimienton. Balsamic tones and souvenirs of smoked, passing through spices like clove and cinnamon. In the mouth it is a mature wine and at the same time tones of vigorosity, balanced and unctuous, with a personal character.
PAIRING
Thanks to its tannic and fruit characteristics it is an ideal wine to accompany a great variety of meats, including stews and game.
