Ònix Clàssic is a red wine blend of Garnacha and Cariñena grapes from different 50-year-old vineyards.
TASTING NOTES
Purple color. On the nose, intensely fruity, with notes of sweet black cherry and plum, as well as an appealing peppery note. On the palate, it has a medium body, with smooth, fine tannins, a slightly warm, perceptible, and balanced alcohol, and medium acidity. Intense fruit flavors reappear, with a more mellow character, but with a pleasant combination of mineral and spicy touches.
WINEMAKING
Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then bottled.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with rice dishes, red meats, cured meats, legumes, pasta...
