Sagesse is a red wine made from Carignan (55%) and Grenache (45%). exquisite smell of black berries, vanilla and minerals.
TASTING NOTE
Clean and elegant. Aromas of ripe fruit, spices and minerals, with licour notes. Well made, balanced, good acidity and tannins but with a kind, gentle and somewhat silky step. With good fruit weight, it has a nice finish with balsamic aromas.
AGING
In French oak barrels for 16 months.
