La Imprudent is a single-varietal white wine, 100% Grenache Blanca produced by the Herència Altés winery
TASTING NOTE
Bright straw yellow color. Very expressive nose that awakens citrus, fruit and also Mediterranean herb aromas. In the mouth it is very fresh, with a vibrant and very elegant acidity.
PRODUCTION AND AGING
100% organic grapes, hand-picked. The grapes are pressed whole to minimize the extraction of the skins and optimize elegance. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is kept on its lees for 4 months, regularly battonages being made to give more structure, creaminess and longevity to the wine.
PAIRING
This wine is ideal for fish, fish rices, salads and tapas.
