L'Efecte Volador is a young red wine blend of Grenache, Samsó and Syrah from old vines of llicorella and sauló. This wine follows the guidelines of organic farming resulting in a very expressive wine.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry red color with garnet reflections. Clean and bright. The nose has a great aromatic intensity. Fruit aromas with spicy and vegetal notes. In the background the minerality of the land is maintained. It has a powerful and warm on the palate, followed by a sweet and tasty way. Sweet tannins and good acidity. It is a wine with body and mouth tour. Leaving long, lingering finish and sweet memories on the palate.
AGING
50% of the wine is aged in concrete tanks for 4 months while the rest lies in French oak barrels. After the aging, the final blend is made and allowed to stand for a short time to finish round out this wine.
