Joan Colet L'Origen is a brut nature Gran Reserva sparkling wine, coupage of Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada and Chardonnay from vineyards located in Sant S'adurní d'Anoia.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color. Fine bubbles making rosaries and crown. Fine and clean bouquet with a perfect balance of fruit notes and a tertiary aging background that remind us of toasted almond and brioche. On the palate, it's complex with balanced and fresh acidity leaving a wide and creamy mouth.
AGING
Minimun aging of 45 months in the bottle.
