Tasting note

ELABORATED
It is the result of a careful selection of malt and aging grains for 8 years in oak barrels, many of them with a past in Jerez, which gives it depth and complexity. Its maturation process gives it a fresh and vibrant character, with a balance between sweetness, spices and a subtle touch of wood.
