PRODUCTION
It is the result of a careful selection of malts and grains aged for 8 years in oak casks, many of which previously held sherry, which lends it depth and complexity. Its maturation process gives it a fresh and vibrant character, with a balance between sweetness, spice, and a subtle touch of wood.
