Puerto de Indias Blackberry is a Premium Gin made in one of the distilleries in the Andalusia area located in the Sevillian area of Carmona.
PREPARATION
it's made with traditional production methods. In this gin the blackberries essence is mixed with a careful selection of ingredients that complete and make this product unique.
TASTING NOTE
Translucent white color. On the nose, fruity notes of blackberry stand out, highlighted by fine hints of violet caramel on a fresh and citrus background. On the palate, it has a fine and vevelty entry with complex notes of wild black fruits that have soft, intense, sweet and sour hints. Finally, it has a slight characteristic dab of cinnamon that leave at the same time a soft, fresh and dry ending.
