Genium Costers is a red wine blend of Carignan (50%), Grenache (30%), Merlot (10%) and Syrah (10%) from centenarian slopes that give to the wine mineralization, body and hardly repeatable structure.
TASTING NOTE
Color dark cherry with purple trim. mineral aromas, pencil lead, intense aromas of ripe black fruit with hints of smoky oak. In the mouth, ripe fruit, spices and vanilla it is soft appreciated. Ripe, roasted integrated tannins and long finish.
AGING
Aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels Alier. Natural wine unfiltered, can contain precipitates tartaric acid in the bottle.
