Flors i Violes is a Rosé wine, Coupage of Grenache (65%), Syrah (20%) and Tempranillo (15%).
TASTING NOTE
Fine color and it seems an apricot's skin. On the nose, it stands out its purity and the tropical and citrus bouquets. On the palate, it's light, sweet and fresh. It reminds us of the red fruit such as cherries and strawberries.
PREPARATION
Handmade selection and grape harvest. Pelicular maceration for 3 hours. Pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Limited production of 9800 bottles of 75cl.
PAIRING
Perfect to join with appetizers, pasta salads, chesse, etc. A perfect wine to join with a good company.
