Estol Verd Tatxam is a young single varietal red wine, 100% Syrah.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color. On the nose is aromatically intense, the aroma of the plum is present and the spices are sensed when smelling it. The palate is pleasant with a balanced acidity and little astringent.
VINIFICATION
It comes from organic grapes and alcoholic fermentation is made from native yeast. No filter is done.
