Embruix de Vall Llach is a Red Wine, coupage of grenache, Syrah, Merlot, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon.
TASTING NOTE
Intense cherry color. Clean and bright. On the nose, it has a great aromatic intensity with presence of fruit, herbaceous and spices dabs with a slightly mineral background. Powerful and sorrounding entry. It reminds us of black fruit. Good acidity and long ending.
PREPARATION
Fermentation of the stemmed grape in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature over 17 days with daily shaking and soft pomping. Postfermentation maceration for 12 days followed by a soft pressing. Malolactic fermentation is done 100% in stainless steel tanks.
AGING
Aged in French Oak barrels with light and medium toasting and fine grain. The transfer is done during the 12 month aging.
