El Terrat is a young white wine coupage of Macabeu and Muscat of Frontignan.
NOTA DE CATA
It has a pale yellow colour with bright green touches. White flowers and fruity bouquets with regards of must of grapes and exotic fruits. On the palate, it is smooth and sweet and it has notes of grapes, petal flowers and menthol grass.
PREPARATION
Handmade harvested. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
PAIRING
Perfect to join apperitifs seafood, salads and fish.
