Cava Berdié Rupestre Extra Brut Reserve is a premium sparkling wine coupage of Macabeo, Xarelo and Parellada.
NOTA DE CATA
Bright yellow color with green flashes. Bubbles that form a crown. On the nose, is expressive and intense with defined bouquets of white fruit such as green apple, pear or plum. It has a vegetable and citrus character with a subtle floral background. An intense, fresh and fruity sparkling wine with good acidity. Apple, grapefruit and aromatic herbs notes. Great balance with aging ending notes and pleasant mid palate.
PREPARATION
This sparkling wine is made with the traditional varieties of grapes such as Macabeo, Xarelo and Parellada. Each grape variety is vinified separately at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the blend is made with the appropiate proportion of each of the varieties. Aged for more than 15 months.
