Cava Berdié Nature is a premium Brut Nature reserve sparkling wine coupage of Macabeu, Parellada and Xarelo.
TASTING NOTE
Bright pale yellow color with green reflections. Fine and constant bubbles that form a crown. On the nose, fresh notes of green apple and lime stand out . It has pastry hints, hazelnuts and yeast notes with a fragant ending of white flowers. On the palate, it has a pleasant entry with a refreshing acidity and citrus notes. It's intense, fresh and fruity.
PREPARATION
Each grape variety is vinified separately at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the blend is made with the appropiate proportion of each of the varieties. Aged for more than 15 months.
