Camí de Sirga Aperitiu is a red vermouth made following the traditional recipe of Celler Pedrola.
TASTING NOTE
Mahogany color with orange reflections. Balsamic touches that provide us with a pleasant aromatic structure. On the palate, slightly bitter and intense aftertaste, with a sweet spot.
VINIFICATION
Maceration of flowers (saüc, donzell), fruits (orange), roots (gentian) and plants (sajolida) with dry and sweet wine without the addition of sugars.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Ideal to accompany with ice and and orange or lemon.
