Aromes del Montserrat is a very popular herbal digestive liqueur in Catalonia, made according to the traditional method and original formula created by the Benedictine monks of the Montserrat Monastery over a century ago.
PRODUCTION
It is a perfect combination of twelve different herbs, distilled in a pot still using a bain-marie and aged in oak barrels. Its main ingredients include thyme, juniper, lavender, cinnamon, and coriander.

Best served very cold, neat or on the rocks.
