Courvoisier VSOP is a brandy produced in France, very expressive and of great quality.
Attractive amber color with golden sparkles. Floral and fruity aromas with notes of peach, jasmine and vanilla. In the palate is a warm, thin and light brandy. Grand finale, it is balanced and enjoyable.
It is the sum of several high expressiveness spirits made in a completely handmade way. Each batch ages the necessary time to reach its maximum expression and the spirits go through a process of distillation on lees that allows to achieve the maximum possible aromatic power. This brandy goes through a process of micro distillation and then stored in barrels in vertical position.
It ages in Limousin oak barrels and in fine grain oak barrels of Tronçais for a minimum of 10 years, the combination of the two aging makes it achieve a perfect harmony.
Courvoisier is one of the four main cognac houses in the world and tells the legend that the Emperor Napoleon himself chose it as his favorite cognac and is known as "The Cognac of Napoleon".
