Whisky The Chita Single Grain

The Chita Single Grain comes from the creative grain whiskey distillery on the Chita peninsula. This distillery focus on the research for various gran whiskeys. I's a single, smooth, single-grain Japanese whiskey with incomparable sophistication and a clean and light ending.

TASTING NOTE
Bright gold color. On the nose, bouquets of crème brûlée, cardamom, acacia honey and rose in bloom. The palate is soft with a touch of mint and deep honey. It has a clean and clear ending of spiced oak with subtle bittersweet notes.

PREPARATION
It's made by a rare continuous distillation process using two, three or four columns. Chita distillery mainly creates three types of whiskey that thave aged in several barrels before being blended to make the Chita Single Grain Whiskey.
