Vermell DosTerras is a Vintage Red Wine, coupage of Black Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and syrah from the country houses from Falset and Marçà in clay soil.
TASTING NOTE
Bright cherry red color. Subtle bouquets of red strawberries and black fruits with toasted notes that perfectly fit into the aromatic palette. In the mouth, it's fresh, harmonious and balanced. Evolving fruit aftertaste.
PREPARATION
The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in cement tanks of 17.700 liters with slight daily movements for a period of 15 days.
AGING
Aged for 12 months French oak barrels of 300 liters.
