Llopart Brut Nature Reserva is a cava made with Macabeo (30%), Xarel·lo (40%), Parellada (20%) and Chardonnay (10%).
TASTING NOTE
Straw-yellow color, pale and very bright. Fine and constant bubble. A very clean aroma, with a perfect balance between the subtle fruity notes and the delicate tertiary tones of aging. In the mouth it is light and fine, completely dry, soft and with pleasant nuances of aging.
AGING
Minimum aging in bottle of 26 months.
PAIRING
A very versatile cava, ideal for both taking alone and accompanying any dish. Service temperature between 5-7ºC.
