Les Sorts Blanc is a white wine made from 100% Garnacha Blanca from the winery's vines, which are over 50 years old.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow color with golden highlights. Intense aromas of white flowers, honey, and herbs with soft toasted notes. On the palate, it is a fresh, complex, and highly varietal wine. This is a wine that represents the perfect example of Garnacha Blanca in Montsant.
WINEMAKING AND AGING
Fermentation in new 300-liter French oak barrels with the lees using the battonage technique. Aging for 5 months in the same barrels used during fermentation.
