The Placeta White is a white wine coupage of White Grenache (85%), Macabeo (10%), Chardonnay (4%) and Picapoll (1%) from old vineyards worked through organic farming and limited production in the area dels Guiamets.
TASTING NOTE
Yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright. Very pleasant aroma and high intensity. It is a fruity wine with records of ripe white fruit, mango and citrus. In the mouth, it has a good and intense entrance, unctuous and with volume. It has very good acidity, which gives it freshness and a long aftertaste.
ELABORATION
Wine made with stainless steel tanks and fermented at low temperature. A part of the grape that has been used in its preparation has followed a process of carbonic maceration.
