La Niña de Mis Ojos is a semi-sweet white wine Coupage of White Sauvignon and Macabeo.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color, clean and bright. Balanced aromatic intensity in which are mixed exotic and tropical dabs (stone fruits such as peach) with more citrus dabs. In the mouth, it's a fruity and unctuous wine with a sweet ending.
PREPARATION
Once the must has been filtered, the fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at 15ºC. Once finished, controlled maceration to extract the best qualities of its varietals.
PAIRING
Perfect to join appetizers, fish, seafood, rice and desserts.
