Garbinada is a red wine coupage of Carignan (45%), Grenache (45%) and Syrah (10%) from the vineyard La Cometa (Porrera), vineyard planted more than 25 years ago and worked with a lot of respect since it is wanted to age in the best possible way in the process of ecological reconversion.
TASTING NOTE
Intense wine with aromas of red fruits, very sweet in intensity of aromas. Delicate touches of sweet and lactic aromas. The Garbinada has an average structure with moderate tannins. Voluminous and fruity It is a wine without aging but with all the structure of the Priorat.
VINIFICATION
All the selection of the grape is made in the vineyard. The harvest is all manual and only the fully healthy and ripe grapes are taken to the winery in boxes of 18kg. The Garbinada wine is vinified in the old underground cubes, covered with ceramic stoneware tiles.
PAIRING
Ideal to combine with cheeses and meats.
PRODUCTION
Limited production between 3,000-7,000 bottles.
