Els Escurçons is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Red Grenache from the Mas Martinet farm located between Falset and Gratallops.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with a piping. Fine and slow tear. On the nose we find floral and spicy notes accompanied by aromas of red fruit. A powerful and fresh entry into the mouth followed by a pleasant and friendly. It is an intense, deep and elegant wine.
VINIFICATION
The harvest is manual with selection of grapes in the vineyard. Fermented with native yeast in wooden vats, cement and open barrels for about a month.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany roasts, cooked, grilled red meats and grilled.
