TASTING NOTE
Great aromatic intensity and concentration, aromas of dried red fruits: raisins, dried prunes, spices, forest herbs, mineral and a menthol touch. In the mouth it is a structured and concentrated wine, with a good integration of the barrel. Silky tannins and a very long aftertaste.
VINIFICATION
All the selection of the grape is made in the vineyard. The harvest is all manual and only the fully healthy and mature grapes will arrive in the cellar in boxes of 18kg. The Coranya wine is vinified in the old underground cubes, covered with ceramic stoneware tiles. After 28 days of maceration, the malolactic fermentation will be pressed and carried out naturally in the underground cubes. Then the barrels will be filled, where it will remain 12 months.
AGING
It ages for 12 months in 85% French Allier oak barrels and 15% American. This wine does not filter, nor clarify. Suitable for vegans.
PAIRING
Ideal to combine with cheeses, roasts and grilled meats.
