Carles Andreu Reserva Brut Nature is a sparkling blend of Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay from well-balanced vineyards.
TASTING NOTE
Pale gold color with a fine and constant string of bubbles. It is presented to the tasting quite fruity with a certain memory of touches of its upbringing. In the mouth is soft, with a good structure, frank, fresh and persistent, with a burst of bubbles that gives us a pleasant tingling sensation.
ELABORATION
For the development of base wines, fermentation at 15ºC for 10 days of the must obtained from the soft pressing of the whole grape of each variety. Later coupage of the wines obtained. Then, for the elaboration of the cava, a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle at 14ºC and aging with the "mothers" for a minimum of 26 months.
