Suñer Macabeu de Ginestar

Suñer Macabeu de Ginestar is a monovarietal white wine, 100% Macabeu from vineyards planted more than 60 years ago on the bank of the Ebre river.

TASTING NOTE
Young, bright, fresh, intense and persistent wine. Bouquets of tropical and white fruit, mineral and aniseed on the palate. It expresses in the best way the typicality of the Macabeo of the area.

PREPARATION
Manual harvest and selection of the grape. The grape selected is the one that has the appropiate degree and an optimal health status. Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature for 48h and subsuquent removal of the must without press. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The battonage gives a good presence and typicality in the mouth.
