Rosmas Brut is a sparkling Brut coupage from Macabeo (40%), Xarel·lo (40%) and Parellada (20%).
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color with a good bubble release. On the nose, notes of yeast on a fruity background of ripe apple and banana. Good palate, with a slight sweet touch, balanced, fresh and with good character.
AGING
Minimum aging of 15 months.
