TASTING NOTE
Deliciously delicate caramel, oak with spices and raisins, demonstrating the complexity of the aging process of the solera system. Aged, with contours and long and slow path that clings to the vessel of dark mahogany color with reddish reflections.
ELABORATION
It is born from the mixture of 6 rums from 6 to 23 years old. Aged to perfection in the heights of Quetzaltenango. This rum develops its complex flavors and its character at 2,300 meters above sea level, in "the house above the clouds".
