Parés Baltà Brut is a sparkling blend of Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel·lo from the Las Torres and Parés Baltà estates.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow with bright yellow highlights. Medium intensity of aroma with notes of pastries combined with white fruits. The palate is fresh and alive, with a pleasant aftertaste.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation at 16ºC in stainless tanks for 2 weeks. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method.
AGING
Aging in bottle for 12 months.
PAIRING
Ideal for appetizers, salads and light dishes or desserts.
