Nunci Abocat is a white wine blend of White Grenache, Macabeo and Muscat from the Priorat area.
TASTING NOTE
Floral and fruit expression of grape varieties combined with shale minerality of the priorat terroir.
ELABORATION
Manual harvesting. 24-hour skin maceration. Fermentation at low temperature (16-18 ° C). Fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by aging.
AGING
Aged for 8 months on the lees of fermentation in French oak barrels.
PAIRING
Complex salads, vegetables, creams, rice, rissotos, oriental dishes, fish, poultry, white meats and cheeses.
