Mims Rosat is a rosé coupage of Grenache (50%) and Syrah (50%) from vineyards located in the village of Vinebre.
TASTING NOTE
Intense pink color, clean and bright. On the nose we discover aromas of red fruit and candy. The palate is fruity and tasty.
VINIFICATION
Harvesting and maceration of the two varieties separately. Then the must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 14ºC in stainless steel tanks. Once the fermentation is finished, it is clarified and a gentle filtering is done before bottling.
